AMC Anywhere makes implementing Assessing Math Concepts easier and more efficient. The program simplifies data collection and automatically summarizes results. Teachers enter student data directly into a computer with Internet access. Clear, on-screen prompts (available in both English and Spanish), make it easy for teachers to record student responses. Powerful, web-based reporting summarizes results for teachers and administrators.
Hardware/Browser
Teachers do not need a special hardware device for AMC Anywhere. They can use any desktop, iPad, laptop, or netbook computer (MAC or PC).
Reporting and Data
Using the web-based version of AMC, AMC Anywhere, the assessment outcome and resulting data are available immediately to teachers and to school and district administration staff via the secure AMC Anywhere website. Access to the site is secured by a unique login and password for each individual. The website provides both on-screen reports and printable reports. A secure download of data can be exported to a School District’s system, if necessary, using the AMC Anywhere export tool. The data is protected in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Reports are designed to enable teachers and district-level staff to make informed teaching decisions to reach the range of needs in each classroom and ultimately improve math instruction. Administrative reports summarize information by school and provide drill down access to grade level, teacher, and student information.
Powerful Web-Based Reports
For administrators, reporting shows the use of assessments throughout the school district. Benchmark reports provide a comprehensive summary and allow for tracking results over time.
For teachers, AMC Anywhere captures every answer in each assessment for complete individual student reports. Class reporting also summarizes results and provides reports for grouping instruction.
